Our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly in our actions within our community. From the moment we began coordinating local craft shows and vendor events, we understood that by working together we could help local, non-profit organizations while also providing a marketplace for DIY crafters to showcase their talents. This is why we ultimately decided to launch Giving Hope in Hampton Roads in 2021 and we strive to make a positive change in all of our pursuits.
We are fortunate to have an all volunteer team from all walks of life who bring their unique expertise and resources into everything we do. This is what enables us to achieve our goals event after event. While there is always more that can be done, there is no doubt that we are making an impact. We don’t measure our success through just facts and figures, but through happy faces and heartwarming feedback.
Led by Karen Whaley and Jennifer Barnes, we are a small but impactful team. Each team member brings their own unique skills and talents to ensure each event is a success.
